Singing in a good choir is one of the most rewarding things you can do on a Friday evening. Our members come from across the area, including Abingdon-on-Thames, Didcot, Radley, Culham, Clifton Hampden, Drayton, Steventon, Milton, Harwell, Wantage, Wallingford, and the surrounding villages of the Vale of White Horse.
We share a love of preparing serious choral music to a high standard, performing it in front of a real audience, and enjoying the company that comes with it. We are fortunate to be led by an outstanding musical team: our Musical Director, Sebastian Thomson, and our accompanist, David Bannister, who is also Choir Director at St John’s College, Oxford. Both bring deep experience and high expectations, and we engage professional soloists for our concerts, which gives the whole choir something to rise to. You don’t need to audition, you don’t need to read music fluently, and you don’t need to commit before you’ve tried us. Come along to a few rehearsals, sing alongside us, and see whether the choir is for you.
If you’d like to come but find transport difficult, please email us. We can see if someone is able to give you a lift.
Joining
Our term subscription is £85, but you don’t have to join to attend a few sessions for free. Once you’ve decided to join, please complete our registration form. This provides us with the information we need to get in touch and run the choir. We only use this information to administer the choir. You can always ask us to delete it if you change your mind.
We encourage members paying UK taxes to support us via Gift Aid. (There is a link to the Gift Aid form on the Registration form.) We can also benefit from the easyfundraising scheme. Please consider nominating All Saints’ Singers as your preferred charity.
Data Protection
We take data protection seriously. Our privacy policy governs how we collect and store members’ details.
